Hey, I hope you guys are having a great week! I also hope you’ve been finishing up your Horizon reading (Hebrews and James) for the month of June. We’ll start a new book on Thursday, July 1.

This weeks happenings:

The Well, Wednesday night @ 7pm in Lohnes Hall. We’ll continue our series through the 10 plagues, this week we’re on #9, where the entire land is turned to darkness. Our goal is to be transformed through the principles of God’s word. Love to see you there!

Also, Friday night @ 7pm, also in Lohnes Hall, we’ll have our monthly Movie Night. This months selection will be a surprise (which means I haven’t made my choice yet). So, guys bring a drink, girls bring a snack, we’ll have a great time!

Hey guys! Well we got another busy week coming up; check it out…

Wednesday, 7pm, at the church, we’ve got The Well. I’ll be teaching from Exodus 10:1-20, the 8th plague. This time God sends locusts all over the whole land. Yikes. Also, Brian will be leading worship this week, so come say hello to our buddy BK.

Thursday morning, 9-11am, at GCBI, we’ll be doing our monthly listening party. This time it’s mixed with a breakfast, so come hungry, and we’ll burn off some energy playing round robin ping-pong!

Hey guys! Last Sunday night at the Noel’s was so, so awesome! I had a great time with all of you. I’m really looking forward to the rest of our summer together!

And our summer will continue tomorrow night at The Well. We’ll be back in the ten plagues; looking through Moses’ life in the book of Exodus. Hope to see you there!

Then this coming Sunday, we’ll meet at Grace at 5:45pm, hop in some cars and travel over to Kegel Bowling Center for some good time bowling. We’ll bowl for 2 hours, bring $10, and we’ll be back at Grace by 8pm. It’ll be a good time, so come on!

By the way… “sleeping in” won on our “What are you most looking forward to this summer?” poll. You guys are shameful!

Tonight at 7pm, back in Lohnes Hall, we’ll be having our monthly movie night! Invite your friends; guys bring a drink, girls bring a snack. We’ll be watching the new Alice in Wonderland movie, so be sure to come for a good laugh… and a little bit of weird Johnny Depp. Hope to see you there!

Also, Sunday night, we’ll meet at the church around 6pm for our 2010 Summer of 10 kickoff party at Jeremy Noel’s house. Show up at Grace at 6, and we’ll drive out there together. We’ll have a pool party/Catch Phrase/Super Smash Bros./Ultimate Frisbee/lots of other good stuff! So bring your swimsuits; guys bring a drink, girls bring a snack. We’ll be returning to the church around 10pm, so your parents can pick you up back at Grace at 10pm. It’s going to be awesome!

Quick side note: I just wanted to say how proud I was of our youth ministry on Wednesday night. Despite the fact that it was exam week, we still had 12 students show up for the preschool graduation! I was so, so pleased to see so many students there! You guys are awesome, and I was so stoked to see you there Wednesday night. Seriously. Awesome!

We’ll be getting together on Thursday, April 29, 3pm at GCBI for our monthly listening party. Come hang out, listen to music, see some friends; we always have a good time. Hope to see you there!

This Friday evening, at 7pm in Lohnes Hall, the teens will be gathering for our monthly Game Night. We’re asking the fellas to bring a drink to share, and for the gals to bring a snack to share with everyone. And everyone can bring their favorite board game for us to play. It should be a good time. Tonight, at 7pm in Lohnes Hall, we’ll be getting together to watch Night at the Museum 2; we’ll be finishing up by 9pm. Hope to see you there!

We will be leaving from the Grace parking lot at 2pm on Saturday, and returning around 11pm that evening. The cost is $20, and that will cover the ticket, dinner, and gas for the van. Hope to see you there!
